Fee Structure

TUITION

  • We have a 12-month tuition policy (August – July) 
  • Upon registration withdrawal or termination, parents must pay 2 months’ tuition fees, counted from the
    child’s last day of attendance, not from the date of withdrawal notice.
  • A $125 non-refundable registration fee will apply to all new/waitlisted registrations.
  • Deposit (last month’s tuition),supply fees(one-time), and Martial Arts/Robotic (one-time) are non-refundable
    and are due upon registration.
  • Complete the payment via e-transfer to info@suffahacademy.ca with the student/s name in the memo.
  • Supply Fee will include textbooks, printed materials, stationery,
    agenda, technology use.
  • There will be a sibling discount of 5% for the subsequent child.
  • All payments will be pre-authorized monthly withdrawals. No cash or cheques.
  • All relevant cheques must be made payable to SUFFAH ACADEMY OF LEARNING INC.
  • Uniforms are sold separately; please refer to the uniform chart for pricing and sizing.
